Welcome to the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) website! We’re excited to have you here as part of our vibrant community dedicated to academic excellence, professional development, and leadership. Below in this section, you’ll find all the events we have planned for this semester, including networking opportunities, workshops, and social gatherings. Stay connected and get involved—we can’t wait to see you at our upcoming events!

On September 12th, this event is designed to strengthen community through mentorship while also helping members develop a strong, confident elevator pitch. Underclassmen will be paired with mentors, creating lasting connections that support both personal and professional growth. Together, we’ll practice and refine our pitches in a safe, encouraging environment that prepares us for future networking opportunities.

On September 26, join BSA for an evening of vibes, giveaways, good food, and a chance to meet all the Black clubs on campus!
Join us as we receive an engaging presentation on entrepreneurship, including insights into how innovative ideas are developed, funded, and brought to life. Following the presentation, we’ll get a guided tour of the facility to explore the various resources, workspaces, and technologies available to support student entrepreneurs and startups.
Panel will provide students with valuable insights into the diverse opportunities available within the field of engineering. The event will feature a two-part panel discussion: the first highlighting perspectives from professional engineers, followed by a student-focused panel. Panelists will share their personal journeys, offer testimony about their academic and professional experiences, and answer questions from attendees.
Join us for the ultimate guide and prep session for the Fall Regional Convention , everything you need to know, pack, and expect to show up confident and ready to represent!
A final preparation session before the regional convention, including a review of key preparation tips, last-minute advice, and resume printing for all attendees.
As finals approach, join us for a mental health seminar centered on the unique challenges faced by POC and Engineering students. Let's talk about stress, stability, and strategies for thriving , not just surviving.
